A little ‘out of town’ but 10 minutes by car to downtown. A very tastefully designed hotel- a pleasure to see pretty rugs, upholstery and curtains… all the textiles looked Scandinavian in taste. Such a treat to see teals, silvery greys and light ochre instead of brown brown brown! Rooms are roomy, well-designed, with kitchenette and very nice bathroom and bath products. Very comfy bed and pillows, with new white linens. The entire hotel seemed quite new or newly renovated, including pool and gym, Very pleasant staff, especially housekeeping and breakfast staff. Breakfast offered the usual juice, teas and coffee, bread, waffles, yogurt, fruit, scrambled egg, potatoes, very greasy sausages and not sure what the other was?! We don’t eat meat but others seemed to not be put off by the greasiness! It was plentiful and buffet style. Parking was free and next to the hotel. Hotel was very easy to find, just off the main route, and there is a bus stop across the street if you prefer not to drive to town. We’ve stayed in a number of Homewood Suites and liked this one a lot in a generally pleasant and quality hotel chain.

Excellent facility, sparkling clean. Check in was easy and my receptionist was delightful. Check out with a breeze as well. I did not feel stressed or as if I overpaid for my accommodations at all. I stayed in a king suite with my friend as well as my cat. They gave us a little placard for the door to warn housekeeping that there was an animal in the room and to not let them out. I also told them that I wouldn't need housekeeping while I was there, but I really appreciated the extra step to ensure the safety of my cat. I did not partake in breakfast but they had a wonderful breakfast area. They also had snacks and amenities for purchase so I didn't need to go out when I realized I left my toothbrush at home. I felt really secure because all other doors other than the reception area require a keycard to enter, so nobody without a keycard can get into the property unawares. When utilizing Uber, it was really easy for them to pick us up and drop us off at the entrance of the building. The location is absolute perfection. Only a few minutes drive from downtown. Highly recommend.

The location is ideal, which is why we chose this hotel again. However, apparently last time we stayed in a "premium suite" and this time we did not, though we didn't select or see anything listed at premium when booking. It doesn't really matter , except "premium" suites have a view and come with snack and drink which was a perk I was looking forward to again this time. Also, Karen K from the kitchen/breakfast staff is the actual best and deserves a raise

everything was super clean, very friendly staff, breakfast is 10/10 We are a family of four with two girls who enjoyed the pool, you will find beautiful views 13 minutes from the hotel, you can also explore the Nature Center zoo, your kids will love it, the hotel rooms are very clean, and let me tell you something else you can bring . Your dog was simply perfect for me since our little dog always went with us everywhere.

The location of our accommodations and the space of the room are fantastic, and completely met our needs. The staff was delightful and very helpful, especially in the face of some tremendous adversity. Not only was my stay over a major holiday, but the facility had a major issue the night before we checked in. The staff was so accommodating, kind, courteous, and communicated wonderfully.
